    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExamPractice website and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By registering, purchasing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

    3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
    You must not share your account, resell access, or allow third parties to use your account.

    4. Course Purchase and Access Policy

    When you purchase a test series or video course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased content within the Platform, subject to these Terms and any product-specific access rules.

    5. Payment Terms

    Prices, taxes (if applicable), and payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred for purchases made through your account.

    6. Refund Policy

    No Refund Policy: ExamPractice does not provide refunds in any case for any purchase made on the Platform, including (but not limited to) test series, video courses, notes, subscriptions, or any other services/digital products.

    7. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content on the Platform, including videos, questions, solutions, notes, branding, logos, UI, and software, is owned by or licensed to ExamPractice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

    8. Restrictions (No Screen Recording, Sharing, Piracy)

    You must not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, or transmit any Platform content (including by screen recording or screenshots) without written permission.
    You must not attempt to bypass any security, DRM, watermarking, access controls, or technological measures used to protect content.
    Any piracy, unauthorized sharing, or resale of content may result in immediate suspension/termination and may lead to civil and/or criminal action.

    9. Video Usage Restrictions

    Video courses are provided via secure streaming. Downloads are not allowed. Videos may include watermarking (including user-specific details) to deter unauthorized sharing. You agree not to tamper with or remove such watermarking.

    10. Test Series Rules

    You must not engage in malpractice, cheating, impersonation, or use unfair means.
    You must not use bots, automation, scripts, or any method to extract questions, answers, or data, or to manipulate scores or rankings.
    The Platform may offer features like Save & Review; misuse of the interface for data extraction is prohibited.

    11. Account Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity. In such cases, you may lose access to content and services.

    12. Coupon Usage Rules

    Coupons are subject to eligibility, validity period, and product restrictions as displayed on the Platform.
    Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.
    We may cancel or refuse coupon benefits in case of misuse, fraud, or violations.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamPractice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from your use of the Platform.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    15. Dispute Resolution

    If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

    16. Force Majeure

    We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or disruptions of third-party services.

    17. Modification of Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
